Building a home outdoors exposes premium wood framing and insulation to rain, humidity, and temperature shifts, which can lead to moisture trapping and wood warping. Our manufacturing takes place inside climate-controlled facilities, protecting every material from the elements and maintaining precise quality control across every stage of the build.

Robotic Assembly Tolerances

We use automated steel-milling machinery and laser-guided welding arms to build our main structural frames. This high-precision robotic assembly process allows us to achieve structural tolerances measured down to the millimeter:
