Welcome to the Morison Architectural Platform (“Morison”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Morison website, interactive configuration workbenches, booking portals, and procurement resources (collectively, the “Platform”).

By browsing our showroom catalog, submitting email inquiries, or initiating a modular chassis configuration, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Platform.

1. Scope of the Platform

Morison provides digital and physical architectural solutions. Our Platform allows clients to:

Browse volumetric architectural models (including The Oasis Eco, The Vista Studio, The Alpine Ridge, The Nomad’s Cube, The Nordic Haven, and Morison Studio).
Utilize our configuration workbench to choose chassis lengths, off-grid or grid-tied utility systems, and interior finishes.
Generate estimated pricing specs and register bookings for localized fabrication queues.

2. Configurations & Booking Estimates

A. Non-Binding Pricing Estimates All costs, fees, and timelines calculated by the online configurator are estimates for informational purposes. Final prices are determined after engineering review, material sourcing calculations, and logistics planning, and are codified under a separate, formal Morison Fabrication & Purchase Contract.

B. Configuration Feasibility A completed configuration does not constitute a guarantee of structural feasibility for your specific property. Every modular unit configuration requires formal geotechnical and architectural validation by our engineering division before production begins.

3. Site Preparation & Geotechnical Obligations

Our modular units sit lightly on the earth, but they require precise structural parameters:

Foundation Calibration: Unless agreed otherwise, you are solely responsible for providing an accurate geotechnical soil report to ensure proper torque calibration for our helical screw piles ($Q_{ult}$).
Site Preparation: You are responsible for clearing obstructions and grading the site to the tolerances specified by the Morison technical support team.
Permitting & Zoning: You are responsible for verifying that your property is zoned for modular, tiny-home, or accessory dwelling unit (ADU) structures. Morison is not liable for structural deployment delays or removals forced by municipal zoning boards or homeowners associations (HOAs).

4. Logistics, Access & Delivery Coordinates

Delivery Access Morison modules are fully completed volumetric structures shipped via heavy-duty flatbed logistics and placed via crane. You must ensure that the delivery route clears standard overhead heights (typically $13.5\text{ ft}$ / $4.11\text{ m}$) and transport widths (typically $8.5\text{ ft}$ / $2.59\text{ m}$).
Delivery Coordinates If the delivery flatbed or crane cannot access your specified site coordinates due to narrow roads, overhanging trees, soft soil, or steep terrain, you will be liable for any return freight, storage, or secondary crane hire charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, custom code overrides (such as layouts, 3D render designs, site plans, system maps, and trademarked terms (e.g., Morison 01 System Map, Kabin Alpine, Terra Dune) are the exclusive intellectual property of Morison and its licensing partners.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform and design layouts for your own personal use. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit any Morison blueprints or proprietary designs without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORISON AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND FABRICATION PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF:

Your inability to deploy modules due to local zoning codes or building permit rejections.
Site damage occurring from improper owner-directed site preparation or incorrect soil reports.
Transit delays caused by oceanic shipping constraints, customs clearance, or extreme weather conditions.

Our total liability under these Terms or related to your Platform usage shall not exceed $100 USD (or the equivalent in local currency).

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of City, Country, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of City, Country (located at $26.9124^\circ\text{ N}, 75.7873^\circ\text{ E}$).

8. Term Modification

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post revised Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform following updates constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
