Measuring 20 ft (L) × 8.5 ft (W) × 10 ft (H) with a total area of 170 sq ft, it is best used for off-grid desert retreats, arid eco-resorts, and remote sunny sites. The build incorporates a reflective aluminum composite exterior cladding, graphite SIP insulation core, and natural bamboo interior paneling. Power and autonomy are driven by a 4.8 kW roof solar array, a 10 kWh lithium storage bank, and a 98% closed-loop water filtration system, complemented by high-efficiency airflow conduits that reduce reliance on active air conditioning.
